How sync works
Project
The project-owned .intent/ directory is the only tool-neutral truth. Optional cloud sync is explicit push and pull.
Adapters
One open Intent skill reaches Codex and Claude Code in each harness's native user-level location. Hooks, projections, MCP, and packs remain removable adapters.
Ion
People request work, humans deliberately claim it for local agents, and branches, pull requests, bounded evidence, and accepted Record return to one room.
